The Dangers Associated With Not Abiding By The Fourth Amendment, And Microsoft’s Involvement…

The Fourth Amendment is incredibly important and all these anti Fourth Amendment NSA spy programs need to be dismantled immediately. The NSA has been unconstitutionally collecting everyone’s metadata and telemetry, with the help of private sector corporations, including telecommunication companies and Microsoft for decades. And with the advancement of current technology, this activity has exploded to epidemic levels. The government works side by side with certain companies to violate your rights.

They store this information for future and current data mining to utilize for a host of reasons. They also spy on the American people and others in real time for nefarious ends. Some of this is done simply for marketing reasons for the companies, but they also do all of this for the government for reasons such as, to gain information they can utilize against their political opposition for political leverage, to blackmail individuals including judges, to steal trade secrets from private-sector corporations so as to manipulate the economy for political leverage, to use against foreign governments for geopolitical nefarious aspirations, to politically or physically assassinate individuals and entities, and the list goes on and on and on.

Also, right before Obama left office, he signed an executive order that gave 16 other intelligence agencies the green light to take all the data that the NSA has been unconstitutionally collecting through their anti-Fourth Amendment spy programs, to use in any way they see fit, without having to go through the proper due process (which violates the Fifth Amendment as well). Elements within compartments of these intelligence agencies are not only shadow government elements, but could also be rouge individuals that will use the information anyway they see fit, including targeting their political opposition and/or individuals.

The Fifth Amendment: Due Process Is Incredibly Important…

Due process is the legal requirement that the state must respect all legal rights. Due process balances the power of the law of the land and protects the individual person from it. When a government harms a person without following the exact course of the law, this constitutes a due process violation, which is strictly against the rule of law and violates the Constitution.

Currently due process has been undermined and circumvented. Under current unconstitutional law, (National Defense Authorization Act) the federal government has arrogated to itself the power to obtain indefinitely without charge or trial of any U.S. Citizens and lawful permanent residents who are apprehended on American soil.

If you’re a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Green card holder, you can be arrested on American soil, simply based on “suspicion” of supporting a terrorist group or other enemy of the United States. The federal government has claimed the power to detain you indefinitely without formally charging you or without offering you a trial (Due Process). They also in certain situations will not allow the accused to face their accuser, which is also a clear violation. All this not only opens the doorway to tyranny, it is tyranny. Arresting U.S. Citizens on American soil and then detaining them indefinitely without charge or trial is clearly unconstitutional and a violation to one’s right to due process of law.

I assure you that the tyranny that is created by not following the Fourth and Fifth Amendments, far outweighs any tyranny that one thinks they’re preventing by violating the Fourth and Fifth Amendments. The Fourth and Fifth Amendments are incredibly important to the Liberty and prosperity of our Nation. They read as fallow…

The Fourth Amendment…

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.’

The Fifth Amendment…

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
